We commissioned Insane 51 to create this thought-provoking #art. He #painted this #mural and #labeldesign for our Pig Pounder Brewery in #greensboro. We created a fantastic #ImperialStout 13%abv called No Filter and gift box with t-shirt, #stickers and #3dglasses so you can view each image on all of the items while you enjoy the beer. No matter your #political views - we hope you enjoy the beer, art, humor and the conversations it will spark.

I’m working on a fun project with Jenna Rice involving Zimbabwe dollars. They were in circulation from 1980-2009. Over time, hyperinflation in Zimbabwe reduce...d the Zimbabwe dollar to one of the lowest valued currency units in the world. It was redenominated three times (in 2006, 2008 and 2009), with denominations up to a $100 trillion banknote issued. For this project were using the $20 billion notes - but even though they’re worthless today they are collectible - so to create stacks of the dollars Jenna is dyeing 120,000 pieces of paper with fabric dye. It’s so much fun to collaborate with artists on interesting concepts like these.
