Can you find them and discover their Christmas message? All you need to do is follow the map to find Eddie and his Friends. The Kwanzaa Exhibition highlights the holiday celebrated by Black British communities from 26th December to the 1st January; Kwanzaa is a festival of culture, family, food, music and poetry. Come along to learn more about the seven symbols and seven principles of Kwanzaa and how this festival is celebrated here in Gloucester!... This is a community exhibition... Winter Solstice is right around the corner! Traditionally, people would use the Solstice to set their intentions for the coming year, to make wishes and cast spells of good fortune. What do you hope the sun will bring you in 2021? ... Join us on the 21st and 22nd December to write down your wish on one of our paper tags - you can take it home to hang in your garden, or hang it on our museum tree for others to see!
