A coffee at the Museum Canova Tadolini with @quidmeliusroma2019! Incredible 19th century atmosphere in this bistrot which was the atelier where Canova lived and... executed numerous commissions. At he peak of his career, Canova left his atelier to his most promising pupil, Adamo Tadolini, to preserve his heritage but also to continue his work as a sculptor. From 1818 until 1967 four generations of sculptors belonging to the Tadolini family worked here.
