I am moving into a new house next week. Well, I say ‘new’ because it’s new to me, but it was actually built nearly a century ago, and it hasn’t been renovated since. So I think you can probably imagine what it looks like. One of those Victorian houses that you see in the inner city.
The thing is, I am quite good at renovations, so I specifically bought this house so that I could redo it to my own standards, with all of the colours and decorations and layouts that I want for my own house. However, I am going to need to hire a Melbourne bathroom renovation company to renovate my bathroom. Even though I do have experience with renovations, it’s mainly in the area of interior decoration and surface repairs. Simple things, you know? When it comes to all that complicated stuff like plumbing and electricity, I believe it’s best to get assistance from the experts. I wouldn’t want to somehow cause a pipe to spring a leak and flood all over my bathroom while it’s filled with wet paint and newly installed tiles. Leave it to the experts, I say.
One thing I also need to look at is what a quality bathroom renovation cost might be. Since I need the whole shebang, including a new stainless steel sink, grout repair, tiling, lighting and an entirely new shower, I imagine this renovation is going to set me back financially. However, I have been preparing for my move for a little while now, so I should have more than enough funds to cover the cost of the renovations. I am also hoping that I will be able to find a company that is affordable, as I know there are definitely some out there in Melbourne. If you have any recommendations, please let me know!
